Hello all!
This week in Kindergarten the children have been working on counting. Here you can see a student practicing a game we learned called "fill and count." Students get together in pairs, and take turns rolling a dice. They must count the number on the dice, and fill in the matching number of squares. The person with the most coloured in squares at the end is the winner!
Counting is a great thing to practice at home! Practice counting anything; toys, blocks, beans, rocks. There are lots of fun games to try online as well! For example, we practiced playing this game together: click me
Feel free to try it at home!

1.) Please return demographic envelopes ASAP
2.) A "parent questionnaire" was sent home this week. Please fill it out and bring it with you to conferences next week! This conference will be focused on us getting information from you about your child so that we can best support their learning.
3.) Sign up for conferences is available through powerschool. Please let us know if you are having difficulties making an appointment and we will do our best to help!
Have a great weekend!
