Hello Kindergarten Families!
Yesterday our Fall walk was so much fun, we had a great time making letters out of found materials outside in the Naturalization Area. Take a look at some of our work:
Yesterday our Fall walk was so much fun, we had a great time making letters out of found materials outside in the Naturalization Area. Take a look at some of our work:
Next week we will work on putting up the pictures of our letters in the classroom so we can reference the whole alphabet!
Reminders
1.) Tomorrow is AM Kindergarten only!
2.) We will be visiting the library tomorrow, so if you have a library book at home, please bring it to school tomorrow!
3.) Tomorrow is the first day of CAD (Community Activity Day.) On "CAD" days, students will visit another teacher for a 1hr period. Each teacher will have a group of K-6 students, and will teach their group a special activity for 3 sessions. The activities can include (but are not limited to) art, sewing, baking/cooking, yoga, gym activities etc. Each Kindergarten child will be visiting a CAD session with a Kindergarten friend, and a Grade 5/6 student will also be assigned as their "buddy." For the first session of CAD, we will just be including the AM Kindergartens. The next round of CAD will include the PM Kindergartens!
