Hello Kindergarten families!
Today we took a look at our snowflakes to see what happened to them! We discovered that they grew crystals on the stems. We took some time to investigate with magnifying glasses, and recorded what we saw by drawing a picture. Some students also tried writing some words to go with their pictures.
The snowflakes are coming home today in plastic bags! Feel free to hang them up as ornaments or do with them what you like :) But please be careful handling them, as they are made with borax they can irritate your skin if you touch them a lot!

1.) No school tomorrow, January 18th (PD day)
2.) PM Kindergarten - Please let me know if you are interested in volunteering for Scientists in School on January 31st and have clearance!
