Hello Kindergarten families!
It was a great day today in Kindergarten celebrating anti-bullying and Pink Shirt Day. Thank you to everyone who wore pink today to show their support! In honour of Pink Shirt Day, we worked on the letter K for "kindness." We talked about what that means, and looked at the book "The Invisible Boy" for some examples on how to be kind.
As you know, we've also been busy at Cambrian Heights getting ready for our dance showcase tomorrow! It's been so much fun working with 3 Left Feet, the students are very excited to show you their moves they've been working on tomorrow!
Here are the times for the showcase for tomorrow:
Kindergarten AM - 9:45 am
Kindergarten PM - 12:45 pm

Field Trip Update
Both AM & PM Kindergarten were scheduled to go on a guided nature walk with "Outdoors In" on March 8th & 15th respectively. Due to the recent cold weather, we have decided to change the walk to an indoor activity, which will still be presented by the same person. Because it will take place inside, we don't require any parent volunteers. However, if you're interested in checking it out, you're still welcome to! If you are interested, and are cleared through the office to volunteer, feel free to let me know! :)
