November 7th & Assembly Tomorrow

Hi all!

Today and yesterday we were lucky to have a special visitor in our class to help us work on our pencil grip. We practiced using our "dinosaur" grip to hold crayons.

Dinosaur grip goes like this:

Thumb on the bottom
Finger on tight
Middle finger in the back
RAWR
It's the dinosaur bite!

We then practiced using our dinosaur grip to draw circles, and go up and down the edges of our paper. Holding broken crayons is a great way to practice pencil grip!
