December 10th & Winter Celebration Tomorrow!
Hello all,
It's been another busy week so far in Kindergarten! Yesterday we finished up our beautiful snowflake collages. We added another layer of snowflakes that we created from coffee filters. They look amazing!
Tomorrow evening is our Winter Celebration at Cambrian Heights! Our snowflake art will be on display, so please come check it out if you are free :) The evening is from 6 - 7:30 pm, doors will open at 5:45.
Today we read "Perfect Snow" and talked about what we like to do when it snows! Here's what some students said:
When it snows.....
"I shovel off the sidewalk" - T.E.
"I take a warm bath" - M.W.
"I like to build snowman and throw snowballs at my windows. Even my cat's window!" E.H.
"I build a baby snowman and drink hot chocolate" - A.M.
Reminders
1.) AM Kindergarten will visit the library on Thursday, PM this Friday
2.) Friday December 13th is PM Kindergarten
3.) No school next Friday December 20th (PD day)
4.) Next week each day is a spirit day/dress up day, see Friday Forecast for details!
