Hello all!

Thank you to everyone who participated in sweater day today! A reminder that this week is "Spirit Week" at Cambrian Heights. Our student voice club has chosen the following community building events:

Monday – Crazy or Ugly Sweater Day

Tuesday – Wear your Favourite Holiday Colour Day

Wednesday – Holiday Hat or Clothing Day. Winter carols in the gym 8:00-8:20 – family members welcome to join. Standing room only! 

Thursday – Pajama Day. Winter Carols in the gym 12:27-12:50 – families welcome to join. Standing room only!

Friday – Non-instructional Day. No school for students!

As you see above, we will also be doing some caroling in the gym on Wednesday AM and Thursday PM. Feel free to attend a session of caroling if you are interested and available! 

Also, please be sure to check your child's Iris account to see an update for their work in literacy. The last Friday Forecast provides information about the task and helps clarify how your child is doing.

Our grade 3/4 buddies helped us to update our accounts last week - and after that was complete we had time to play "Roll a Snowman" together. It was tones of fun! "Roll a Snowman" would be great to practice at home with a dice - this is great subitizing practice!
