Office Hours
Hello everyone,
Thank you again for your patience as we continue to work through some necessary planning and preparation in regards to transitioning the learning opportunities for your child.
A big part of this transition includes how we are able to communicate with one another. In response to this, teachers have come up with individual "office hours." These office hours will be times throughout the coming weeks that I will be directly available to email and call with you and your student if you have questions about the tasks or activities that are being posted. I have tried to balance morning and afternoon times, as well as one evening time a week, in order to best support you.
Please note, my teacher "office hours" are not related to our School Office hours, which remains open during the day for you to speak to Ms. Boyce about any font office type questions you might have!

Mondays:
12:00pm - 2:00pm
Tuesdays:
9:00am - 11:00am
&
6:00pm - 7:00pm*
Wednesdays:
12:00pm - 2:00pm
Thursdays:
9:00am - 11:00am
Fridays:
9:00am - 11:00am
*Evening time by appointment only please
Feel free to email me outside of those hours and I will get back to you as soon as I can. If you would like to arrange a phone call, please send me an email and we can arrange a time that I can phone you.
Reminders
1.) If you have not spoken with me on the phone, please check your email and respond to the technology questions we are looking to gather information on as soon as possible.
2.) Feel free to try logging on to D2L here to see if you can log on. Activities will start to be posted this Thursday April 2nd.
